The LaWayra Experience Guarantee

We believe deeply in the LaWayra experience.

Taking a week away from everyday life, being held in a safe and supportive environment, and giving yourself the time and space to do this work can create a meaningful experience for personal growth.

We are so confident in the value of the LaWayra experience that we are putting our money where our mouth is:

If you are visiting LaWayra for the first time, complete a retreat of at least 7 days, and feel that your experience did not meet your expectations, we will give you 100% of your retreat fee back.

Terms and Conditions

The LaWayra Experience Guarantee is available exclusively to:

  • First-time guests who have never previously attended a retreat at LaWayra.
  • Guests booking and completing a retreat of at least 7 days.

To qualify for the Experience Guarantee, you must:

  • Complete the full duration of the retreat you booked.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled ceremonies included in your retreat.
  • Attend and participate in all required work circles, integration sessions, and other core retreat activities.
  • Participate in the retreat in good faith and cooperate with the LaWayra team and facilitators within the retreat’s framework.
  • Follow the team’s reasonable guidance, recommendations, and safety instructions throughout the retreat, particularly during ceremonies and other core activities.
  • Engage respectfully with the LaWayra team, facilitators, and other guests.
  • Not leave the retreat early unless this has been discussed and agreed upon with the LaWayra team.
  • Submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your departure from LaWayra.

How It Works

After completing your retreat, if you feel that your experience at LaWayra did not meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days of your departure and let us know that you would like to use the Experience Guarantee.

We may ask you to briefly share feedback about your experience so we can understand what did not work and continue improving what we offer.

If all eligibility requirements are met, LaWayra will refund 100% of the retreat fee you paid.

The refund applies to the retreat fee paid directly to LaWayra. Travel costs, transportation, payment processing fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and other third-party expenses are not included.

When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

The Experience Guarantee does not apply if:

  • You have previously attended a retreat at LaWayra.
  • Your retreat is shorter than 7 days.
  • You do not complete the retreat or intentionally miss required ceremonies or core program activities.
  • You do not cooperate with the LaWayra team or facilitators within the retreat framework.
  • You repeatedly disregard the team’s reasonable guidance, recommendations, or safety instructions.
  • You intentionally act in a way that significantly interferes with the retreat process or the experience of other guests.
  • You leave the retreat early without discussing it with the LaWayra team.
  • You are asked to leave the retreat due to a violation of LaWayra’s safety guidelines, rules, or terms and conditions.
  • Your request relates to circumstances unrelated to the LaWayra experience, such as changes in travel plans, personal circumstances, or other external factors.
  • You have already received a refund or other financial compensation for the same retreat.

We offer this guarantee because we believe in what happens when you give yourself the time, space, and support to fully commit to the LaWayra experience.
